Author registration:
For each submitted paper, one unique registration must be submitted as well.
e.g. For two submitted papers, two separate registrations must be submitted.
Registration is required for all participants and exhibitors. Registered participants and exhibitors will receive a badge giving them access to the conference venue as well as the Conference materials. Participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their badge visibly at all times.
The 31st European Conference on Operational Research – EURO 2021 Hybrid edition offers two attendance alternatives: in-person (physical) or virtual. Please read the Registration information provided hereunder and select your preferred attendance format.

Regulations for Participants
Author registration: For each accepted paper at least one registration from an author is required by May 16, and each participant may present one paper.
Physical attendance
The registration fee for a full delegate (Regular/Student/Retired) covers the following:
- Scientific program Attendance (in conjunction with the opportunity for “on demand attendance” of scientific sessions through the on-line platform).
- e-Conference materials (i.e. e-program, certificate).
- Networking opportunities (through Social Events attendance).
- Access to the exhibition area.
- Access to the online platform (access will be valid for an additional two months after the closure of the Conference).
- Coffee and Lunch Breaks.
- Admission to the Opening Cocktail Reception on July 11th, 2021 (starting at 19:00) at the University of West Attica.
- Admission to the Casual Closing Party on July 14th, 2021 (starting at 19:00) at University of West Attica.
*Please note that the Conference Gala Dinner on Tuesday is not included in the registration fee.
Participants can select this service through the on line registration process.
The accompanying person registration fee covers the following:
- Admission to the Opening Cocktail Reception on July 11, 2021 (starting at 19:00) at the University of West Attica.
- Admission to the Casual Closing Party on July 14, 2021 (starting at 19:00) at University of West Attica.

Virtual attendance
The virtual registration fee for a full delegate (Regular/Student/Retired) covers the following:

- 2 months additional access to the online platform (this will be valid just after the closure of the Conference).
