How can I pay the registration fees?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer until June 20th, 2021. From then on, you can pay by credit card ONLY through the on-line registration platform operating from 14 February 2021 to 14 July 2021.
Can I register for the Conference without paying?
You can submit your registration without paying in the online form in order to pay by bank transfer until June 20th, 2021.
Please note that a registration will only be considered valid when fully paid.
If your registration fee is not settled prior to the Conference commence, your registration will be deleted.
What does my registration fee include?

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?
Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt – if the payment is complete- will be sent to you via email upon submission of your on-line services booking form.
Can I receive an invoice under my sponsoring Company/ Institution’s name?
It is possible, as long as you select the option “I will need an invoice” upon completion of your on-line services booking form. At this point, you will also need to fill in the relevant billing details of the company/institution.
Can I register during the Conference dates?
You can register any time throughout the Conference dates by visiting the EURO 2021 Conference On Line form.
The only accepted means of payment will be the credit card option, available in the Conference On Line form.
I have already registered for online (virtual) attendance at the 31st European Conference on Operational Research, but now I would like to attend in person. Is that possible?
You may convert your registration format from virtual to physical attendance until May 16th, 2021 by paying only the difference in fees, with no extra administrative cost, upon availability (max 1000 physical attendees).
Can I make a name change to my registration?
